Hi my name is Matt Thomas. I started my windshield doctor business back in 1979 while attending the University of Utah, and I never quit doing it. I am a lifelong resident of Bountiful and have always loved serving my friends, family, and neighbors in the South Davis area. We have hand-selected employees that have been with us for over a decade. They are all professionals and we make service and quality our priority.
As always we come to you at no extra cost. We deal with all insurance companies, and we do all the paperwork. This doctor did not come through. I was referred to them by Strong Audi--I have an A4--who uses them for rock chips but not windshield installation. They took 4 hours to install the windshield at my home and within a week the mirror was falling off. I contacted Matt to get it reinstalled and he told me I had a defective mirror and would not come out. Note, Matt had never seen my car and made the diagnosis over the phone. I went to Strong Audi and indeed they said that it was either a defective windshield or installation. Only after Strong Audi contacted Matt would he send his installer out to fix the defective installation. He may be good at fixing chips but the installation of my windshield here was malpractice.
