James Anthony Ruoti of Bountiful passed away December 31, 2012. Jim was born January 17, 1949 in Wendall, Idaho to Clyde and Elaine Ruoti. Jim graduated from Bountiful High School and went on to wrestle at the University of Utah. He was a mason for 40 years and owned and operated his own company. Jim was an avid hunter and fisherman, as well as a skilled craftsman and woodworker. He also enjoyed gardening, cooking, and spending time with his family, friends, and dogs.
Jim is survived by his 5 children:Jamie Bauman, Beau Ruoti, Lukas Ruoti, Ashlee Bell, and Nikolas Ruoti, 4 grandchildren (plus 1 on the way); Mary Lee Ruoti, Melanie Ruoti, 3 siblings, Dawn Malmstrom, Colleen Nelson, and Diane Ruoti. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Charles Ruoti.
Funeral Services will be held Friday January 4 at 2 p.m. at Russon Brothers Mortuary. 295 No Main Bountiful. There will be a viewing prior to the service at 12:30 p.m. Interment will be at the Bountiful City Cemetery. Online guest book at www.russonmortuary.com.
