The children of J. Warren and Bonnie Anderson are pleased to announce their parent’s 60th wedding anniversary. They were married November 14, 1952 at the Art Barn in Salt Lake City and later sealed on November 13, 1964 in the Salt Lake LDS Temple.

Warren was drafted into the Army during the Korean War less than two months after their marriage. This 60th wedding anniversary, as a special milestone, was celebrated at a family dinner in their honor.

They are parents of six children, Mera Lee (Tony) Roman, Layton; Mari Lynn (Bob) Cook, Centerville; Michael (Lois) Anderson, Palmdale, Calif.; Mar Gene Anderson, Bountiful; Mark Anderson, deceased; and Mello Dee Anderson, deceased. They also have 12 grandchildren and six great-grandchildren, which all are the joy of their lives.

They have lived in Woods Cross for most of their married life. Mom and Dad served two LDS missions, to the England Leeds Mission and the Washington, D.C. Temple.
