Over the years they have lived in Newdale, Idaho; Rock Springs, Wyo.; Logan, Smithfield, Woods Cross, Kaysville, and currently St. George.

Juan retired from teaching at the DATC Diesel Mechanics in 1995. He began his teaching career at Viewmont High School as the automotive teacher back in 1970; after having owned and operated Allred’s Garage in Smithfield.

Following retirement Juan and Gladys served two LDS missions in Fresno, Calif. and Salt Lake City Church Offices. They have enjoyed traveling to Yuma, Ariz. to be warm during the cold winter months in northern Utah, attending the temple and serving in the church, enjoying nature and spending time with their family. Congratulations Mom and Dad! We love you.
