Irene Robinson, our beloved mother, wife, grandmother and friend will be celebrating her 80th birthday. She was born to Margaret McCabe and David Young Connolly on August 12, 1932 in Elderslie, Scotland. After growing up in Scotland she moved with her family, at age fifteen-years old, to South Africa until coming to America in 1962. She has pen-pals overseas that she has kept in contact with since childhood.

Irene has lived in Bountiful for 46 years and has enjoyed the expanded friendships she and Keith have made here. She enjoys family activities, is a member of the LDS Bountiful 16th Ward and just recently retired. She “loves” to shop, crochet and travel. Irene loves her family and has a real zest for life. She is a great example to everyone who has had the honor to meet her. Irene is the youngest and most amazing 80-year-old that we know!! She continues to be an inspiration to all of us. We all love her dearly and are very proud to be celebrating this momentous milestone with her.
