The money is needed so that the facility may open full time and more fully help prevent abuse in families of Davis County.
The center is also in need of more supplies for the children. Some of the most needed include baby food, baby formula, art supplies, safety scissors, coloring items, cereal, jars of food, diapers (any size from new-born to toddler).
Tied quilts for children to take home would also be welcome.
Residents interested in donating any of these supplies can drop them off at to room 809 at Bountiful High School.
