FARMINGTON – Kristine Nicole Biggs pleaded guilty to two charges last week in 2nd District Court.
On Thursday, Jan. 17, Biggs entered guilty pleas to third-degree felony failure to stop at the command of a police officer and class-C misdemeanor driving under the influence of alcohol.
In a plea deal, prosecutors agreed to dismiss two third-degree felony counts of aggravated assault, having an open container in a vehicle, using license plates registered to another vehicle and failure to register a vehicle, all class C misdemeanors.
Her plea last week was a reversal of her not guilty pleas to all relevant charges in a Dec. 25 hearing.
A sentencing hearing is set for Feb. 25.
