After flipping through the pages of the hard-cover, full-color books, they compared notes with their friends, whose names were also included, then clutched them to their sides.
“The kids really love it,” said Lisa Hilton, one of four teachers of first graders at Kaysville Elementary School.
“They love to see their name in print. They know it’s their book.” Individualized copies of “I Like Me,” were printed for first graders in nine elementary schools throughout the city, in an annual tradition sponsored by the Kaysville Rotary, according to Mayor Steve Hiatt.
