Bountiful City will sponsor Meet the Candidates night

BOUNTIFUL -- The city of Bountiful will hold a Meet the Candidates Night on Wednesday, Oct. 26, at 7 p.m. in the City Hall Council Chambers. The event is being hosted by the League of Women Voters. This evening allows residents an opportunity to meet the candidates who are running for city council or mayor prior to the Nov. 8 general election. Four candidates are running for two city council seats and two candidates are running for mayor. The city council candidates are John M. (Marc) Knight, R. Fred Moss, Thomas B. Tolman and Phill Wright. The mayoral candidates are Joe Johnson and Jeff Ovitt.
