BOUNTIFUL — Students and faculty will compete for top honors in Dancing with the Starzz II, sponsored by the Viewmont High School Vykelles.
Dancers from the sophomore, junior and senior classes will compete along with faculty couples for the $50 prize. The Vykelles and Mini Vykelles will also perform.
Contestants will be judged by faculty and members from the community. The final decision on the winning couple is to be based on applause from the audience.
The event is scheduled for Friday, Oct. 12 at 7 p.m. in the Viewmont auditorium.
The cost is $5 for general admission and $4 for students who purchase tickets in advance. The school is located at 120 W. 1000 North in Bountiful.
