BOUNTIFUL — The Utah housing market is showing signs of recovery for the first time since the crash of almost four years ago.
However, the market in Davis County has yet to improve dramatically. In fact, home values throughout the valley are down an average of 2.6 percent compared to last year, according to the real estate website Zillow.com. Clearfield and Sunset values have dropped the most dramatically, but all cities have seen depreciation.
