Kathy Johnson, a sixth grade teacher at Crestview Elementary in Layton, makes use of supplies for a math project funded by Chevron’s Fuel Your School program. Last year, more than 224 classroom projects at 69 Davis School District schools were funded through the partnership, for a total of $130,714. For every gas purchase of eight gallons or more at Chevron and Texaco, $1 is committed to classroom projects registered on DonorsChoose.org. Courtesy photo
