KAYSVILLE — McKenna Einfeldt will join a team of volunteers with the aim of helping orphans who live in orphanages in Quito, Ecuador over the next 15 weeks.

A student at Utah Valley University, Einfeldt is the daughter of Sherilee and Steven Einfeldt.

While in Ecuador, she will help as needed, doing everything from feeding infants to teaching English to older children.

Orphanage Support Services Organization (OSSO) is coordinating her trip, as it has for over 2,000 volunteers since May of 1999.

Einfeldt brings a lot of experience in service and leadership to the program, with a resume that includes everything from babysitting to helping with humanitarian projects and having a leadership role in church and dance classes.
