The keynote address and the exhibits are free and open to the public.
Don R. Anderson, senior vice president for FamilySearch will give the keynote address on Friday at 8 a.m. speaking on “Learn the Tech to Trace Your Roots.”
Classes and workshops will run throughout both days. Cost will be $78 at the door for both days, $48 for a single day or $12 per class.
Family History Expos.com is headquartered in Croyden, Utah and has been holding family history expos throughout the western United States for 10 years.
Holly Hansen, founder and president of the organization said whether a researcher is brand new, or simply needs to update his techniques and learn the latest technologies FHE can help.
She said virtually all family history research can be done from the comfort of home with a computer and Internet connection, “If you have the knowledge.”
