FRUIT HEIGHTS  — A 22-year-old man has been arrested in connection with at least three burglaries in the Fruit Heights area.

Elliott Frasier of Fruit Heights, was arrested Friday on suspicion of three separate counts of burglary, said Davis County Sheriff’s Sgt. Susan Poulsen. He is also a person of interest in other burglaries in the area.

In a press release, Poulsen said investigators found some of the stolen property in pawn shops from Davis to Salt Lake County. The items had allegedly been pawned by Frasier.

A relative of Frasier’s had reported property missing from his residence, including five guns, as well as other items, Poulsen said. Those items were among property found at area pawn shops by investigators.

Poulsen said when police arrived at Frasier’s residence to arrest him, he ran from police. After a two-block chase Frasier was taken into custody without incident and booked into the Davis County Jail.
