Garrett Wheeler and Emilie Holmes will be married Dec. 29 in the Logan LDS Temple. A reception will be held Dec. 30 from 6-8 p.m. at the home of Robin and Janene Phillips in Bountiful.

Garrett is the son of Wendell and Yvette Wheeler of Warrenton, Virginia. He is a 1996 graduate of Woodberry High School in Virginia, served an LDS mission to Auckland, New Zealand and graduated in 2002 in physics from Dickinson College in Pennsylvania. He is currently working in Logan at a robotics company and plans to attend graduate school at USU.

Emilie is the daughter of Eric and Heidi Holmes of Bountiful. She is a 2002 graduate of Woods Cross High School and will graduate from USU in May with a degree in journalism. She is currently the editor of USU's student newspaper and works as a correspondent for the Standard Examiner.

Garrett and Emilie will reside in Logan after their honeymoon. They welcome anyone to the reception who was inadvertently missed while sending out invitations.
