CENTERVILLE - You can no longer get Chinese at 181 S. Main in Centerville.

What you can get, though, is ionized water that Curtis and Tammy Goble say can “change your life.”

The Centerville residents opened H2 Awesome a few weeks ago,  and say they are already seeing strong response.

The Centerville couple swear by their water, which can be ionized in homes with a machine first created in Japan about 40 years ago.

Curtis Goble was a general contractor for 25 years, and over the years felt the effects of that lifestyle with ankle, knee and shoulder pain. For the past 2 1/2 months, since using the water, those pains have disappeared, he said.

Tammy Goble, who teaches at Jefferson Academy,  no longer needs the sleeping pills that were so necessary to give her a good night’s sleep, he said.

By using the water, and drinking a lot of it every day, people can cleanse their systems and become more healthy, Goble said.

The business is open weekdays 10 a.m.-6 p.m. and offers classes on Thursday evenings.

In Japan and Canada, insurance providers cover the cost of the equipment, considering it medical in nature, Goble said.

The system has its origins in Russia, where people were trying to replicate the reputed healing powers of such waters as are found at Lourdes in France, he said.

The Gobles are operating the first storefront in Northern Utah. Goble said the system has attracted the most interest in California and Florida, so far.

“It’s so much more than water,” he emphasized. It can help with treating such conditions as eczema, improve facial and other skin tones, even is purported to aid in reducing acid reflux and medical conditions such as diabetes, he said.

People are urged to transition their bodies by eliminating soda and sugared drinks, including those termed sports/energy, and replacing it with iodized, restructured water, Goble said.

Anyone interested in trying the water can do so, free, for 30 days, he said.
