BOUNTIFUL — The Viewmont girls’ lacrosse season will kick off on Monday, March 4 after two solid months of conditioning for the upcoming season.

With its initial game set to start at 5 p.m. against Lehi at Farmington Junior High School, fans of high school lacrosse will be able to get their first taste of the new season. Both the junior varsity and varsity teams will hit the field.

Also kicking off a new season will be youth lacrosse, which is accepting registration for girls in grades two through eight.

Registration is ongoing until March 13, and coaches are hoping people will sign up before the annual “Learn to Play” clinic on Tuesday, March 19 at Farmington Junior High School. The clinic will be free.

Registration is also open to both boys and girls for all lacrosse teams until March 26.
