I have seen commercials on T.V that state that, we as a public must conserve water.

What I don't understand is that some of Davis County's public buildings are running their sprinklers in the day time, and when it rains.

We shouldn't have to water anything extra when it rains, it is already watered. I think that if we don't let the Davis County's buildings run their water then we would have more water to spread around the County.

And by having the County's buildings not run their water in the day, or when it is raining or after then they also won't have their grass too watered.
