BOUNTIFUL — Bountiful’s Fluid Advertising is growing and changing direction, and the company is starting to get statewide notice for its efforts.
The firm handles ad campaigns for products such as Creamies and promotes businesses such as the Utah Division of Wildlife Services.
In the recent ADDY Awards, it took home eight gold medals and 18 silver medals. “We weren’t really quite sure what to expect, where it was our first time entering the ADDYs,” said creative director and partner Ryan Anderson, “so when we got there we were pleasantly surprised to see that we had actually done quite well.”
By adding services such as search-engine optimization and social media marketing to its repertoire, the company has been able to double its staff in the last year, Anderson said. It now has 22, and Anderson sees only success for the company in the future.
“Advertising in general is a somewhat volatile field,” he said, “but if you work things right and just practice good business sense, it can be a very good way to make a living. There’s something about creating that’s very satisfying rather than just going in and punching a clock.”
