FARMINGTON — A 29-year-old Ogden man is facing felony charges after allegedly robbing banks in Farmington and Brigham City.
Brad Beasley was arrested by Brigham City police following the Feb. 26 robbery of a Chase Bank there, and booked into the Cache County Jail, according to Farmington Police Chief Wayne Hansen.
Investigators linked him to the Feb. 20 robbery of the Zions Bank at 1663 N. Main Street, Farmington, Hansen said, following tips from residents. Those tips came after surveillance photos were posted on The Clipper website and on other media sites. Those surveillance photos came from the Smith’s Fuel Station in Farmington.
“We appreciate the media posting those photos, Hansen said. “Once they were posted we received numerous calls.”
Beasley was charged with second-degree felony robbery in the Farmington case and multiple charges in the Brigham City robbery.
