CENTERVILLE — A man wearing a Halloween mask might not have drawn too much attention Thursday night, but police say a man wearing a mask held up the America First Credit Union, 350 E. Pages Lane, in Centerville about 6:45 p.m.

Centerville police are asking the public’s help in finding the robbery suspect.

The suspect, described as a white male of average height and weight, entered the bank wearing a white mask in the style of the Jabbawockeez dance group and white gloves, according to Centerville Assistant Police Chief Paul Child.

Bank employees asked the suspect to remove his mask when he first entered the bank, but he refused and demanded money. No weapon was displayed or threatened, Child said. No getaway information is available, Child said.

Anyone with information is asked to call Centerville Police at 801-292-8441.
