Mark Willis Mensing passed away in his sleep on Sunday, April 14th, after a long battle with Von Hippel Lindau Disease, in Pacific, Washington. Mark was born in Toole, France October 15, 1962 to Willis Mensing and Delores Minyard. Willis, being in the Air Force, brought his family back to Montana, and they moved around a lot until finally settling down in Bountiful. Mark graduated from Viewmont High School.

During his early years, Mark played football, and found a love for the guitar. This led him to become friends with some boys in his neighborhood and they developed lifelong friendships. Over the years they all kept in touch. Mark, attended band practice every week. Mark was an excellent Nail Technician, and over the course of many, many, years developed deep friendships with his clients, many of whom treated Mark as if he was a son to them. He also worked at C.R. England, and was a freight broker. For Mark, life truly began when he became a father. Emily and Jacob were his everything. In the fall of 2011, Mark entered the hospital for a third brain surgery. His first two had gone well, however, this one would leave him mostly paralyzed. The next year, Mark moved to Washington where he lived with his sister and her husband.
