1934-2012



Our beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother and friend, Marvin Richard Jensen, passed away from a sudden illness on December 19, 2012.

He was born September 10, 1934 in Salt Lake City, to Carl Theodore Jensen and Adriana “Janie” Millecam Jensen. He is survived by his loving wife Kathleen Rose Jensen of 46 years whom he married in the Salt Lake City temple, son Gary (Janie) and son David (Ame), 7 grandchildren whom he adored, and brother David (Dixie). He was preceded in death by his parents and a brother. He graduated from the U. of U. with a Master’s Degree in history and taught in the Davis School District for over 30 years. He served in the military in Germany.

Funeral services will be held on Thursday December 27, 2012 at 1 p.m. at the Bountiful 58th Ward, 200 N. 200 West, Bountiful. A viewing will be held at the same location Wednesday, December 26, from 6 to 8 p.m. and one hour prior to the service.
