FARMINGTON — A 37-year-old North Salt Lake man was sentenced to 90 days in the Davis County Jail and three years of probation after pleading guilty to two counts of third-degree felony attempted sexual exploitation of a minor.
Brandon Lee appeared in 2nd District Court. In addition to the jail time, Judge Thomas Kay ordered him to have no access to the Internet without prior approval from his Adult Probation and Parole officer.
The judge told Lee that once his jail time was complete, he was to get a job, vocational training or go back to school.
Lee was arrested in February by the Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force and charged with 10 counts of sexual exploitation of a minor.
He cut a plea deal on Sept. 20.
