NORTH SALT LAKE - Police say one was injured in North Salt Lake crash Friday afternoon involving a truck and an SUV.

Police say the drive of the SUV ran a red light at the 2600 South/Highway 89 intersection and crashed into a small pickup truck.

The truck driver swerved to miss the other vehicle, causing the truck to tip over on its side.

Police say neither the pickup driver, the SUV driver or a passenger inside the SUV were hurt, and that all the people involved in the crash refused medical attention.

North Salt Lake police told the Clipper the SUV driver would be cited.

The crash slowed traffic in the area until crews could clear the scene.
