Oakley Pearl Heaps, our precious baby girl, was born on February 4, 2013 in Yuma, Arizona. She was perfect in every way and simply too perfect for this world.
She was called home to the arms of our loving Heavenly Father on February 7, 2013 from Phoenix Children’s Hospital. Oakley is survived by her loving parents, Nick and Amber (Petersen) Heaps; her grandparents, Tom and Suzie Petersen, Layton; and Ray and Kathy Heaps,Bountiful. Also, many loving aunts, uncles, and cousins.
