Do you love brownies? Do you love the cinnamon taste of Snickerdoodle cookies? You will love Snickerdoodle Blonde Brownies!
1/2 cup white granulated sugar
2 tsp Vietnamese cinnamon (Olde Town Spice Shoppe)
1/2 cup melted butter (cooled and thickening,
but not runny)
2 cups dark brown sugar
2 eggs, lightly beaten
1/2 tsp salt
1 1/2 cups flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tsp vanilla paste
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Butter a 9- by 13-inch cake pan. Combine white sugar and Vietnamese cinammon. Set aside for topping.
Mix the remaining ingredients and combine well. Spread in the pan. Sprinkle topping generously over the top of the brownie mixture and bake 25-30 minutes – or until they look dry on top and almost firm to the touch. Let cool 10-15 minutes and cut into small squares. Yield: 36
