WEST BOUNTIFUL – A golfing career has come full circle for Lakeside Golf’s newly-named director.
Paul Holden, who started at the local golf course 15 years ago, was named Tuesday as the newest Director of Golf. The announcement was sent to the Clipper in a press release by the city.
“Paul’s vision for Lakeside as a community-oriented course, his commitment to quality customer service, and the high level of professionalism he brings will combine to create an exception golfing experience,” said West Bountiful Mayor Ken Romney in the press release.
Holden started at Lakeside as an assistant helping with the driving range, and eventually served as Head Golf Professional at Valderra Golf Club in Saint George. He also served as Assistant Golf Professional at Eaglewood Golf Course in North Salt Lake before taking the position back at Lakeside.
