Today’s 4A soccer games open up with a 7 p.m. game at Woods Cross High School. The game was rescheduled from 5 p.m. The Wildcats finished the season as the No. 2 seed in Region 6. The Bountiful Braves' opening round game will be played against Orem at Orem High School and is scheduled for 4 p.m. today.
In 5A baseball action, the Davis Darts will look to continue their success in the second round as they take on the Cavemen of American Fork High School. That game will be played at Davis High School at 4 p.m. The Vikings, fresh off their 4-2 win over Lone Peak Tuesday, will hit the road to take on the Jordan Beetdiggers at 4 p.m. also.
In the 4A baseball bracket, the Woods Cross Wildcats will again host another playoff game as they get ready to take on the Murray Spartans. The Braves are looking to bounce back from their opening round loss with a home game against the Bees of Box Elder. Both games will be played at 4 p.m.
Also kicking off today is the 4A and 5A girls' golf tournament at Wasatch Park Golf Course. Six players each from Bountiful, Davis, Viewmont and Woods Cross high schools teed off this morning to determine the state champion for 4A and 5A.
