Northridge 3, Lehi 0: The Northridge Knights opened up the season with a 3-0 win over the Lehi Pioneers last Friday. Greg Ploharz, Parker Kennah and Blake Nelson scored for the Knights. Josh Shlicty notched the shutout in goal for the Knights.

Fremont 15, Bountiful 7: Fremont scored seven runs in the first three innings and eight more in the fifth and sixth innings to put the Braves away.Fremont notched 17 hits and the Braves committed three errors.Davis 7, Roy 1: Davis led 2-1 heading into the seventh when the Darts exploded for five runs.
Ryan Smoot earned the victory on the mound for Davis.
Layton 7, Hillcrest 6: The Layton Lancers pulled out a 7-6 win over the Hillcrest Huskies last Friday. Colby Martinez went 3-for-4 in the game and picked up the win on the mound. Brandon Lomax hit a three-run homer in the fifth inning.
Layton 11, Cyprus 8: The Lancers beat the Cyprus Pirates 11-8 last Thursday. Bryson Hayward went 3-for-4 at the plate and Tyson Eckersley struck out eight and gave up just two hits in the Lancers' win.Northridge 13, Ben Lomond 4: The Northridge Knights downed the Ben Lomond Scots 13-4 last Saturday in St. George. Northridge scored 10 runs in the first two innings to cruise to the victory.Northridge 11, Emery 5: The Knights beat Emery 11-5 on Friday. Paul Bennett hit a home run for the Knights and Brock Butler added six strikeouts on the mound.
Pine View 6, Northridge 2: Northridge fell 6-2 against the Pine View Panthers on Friday. The Knights committed six errors, to spoil Casey Anderson's pitching performance. Anderson struck out six, didn't allow any walks and gave up just one earned run for the Knights.
SoftballWoods Cross 17, Judge 12: Woods Cross scored in every inning as they beat Judge 17-12.
Kacey Plowman and Mattie Sutherland each hit home runs in the win. Judge committed six errors.
Kearns 3, Layton 2: The Layton Lancers fell to the Kearns Cougars 3-2 in eight innings last Thursday. The Lancers managed just four hits and committed four errors in the loss.
