Galvez was the keynote speaker at the annual Woods Cross Memorial Day celebration on Monday. He is the founder of the Utah Freedom Memorial Park in Sandy.
Galvez told a moving story about three men serving in Iraq, who were killed when a suicide bomber drove into the checkpoint.
