The meeting will be at The Castle, 930 W. Antelope Drive in Layton, from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. Pre-registration is $25.
Millner has presided over WSU for 10 years and was instrumental in making the Davis WSU campus a reality. She started working on the campus a few years before becoming president.
She holds degrees from the University of Tennessee, Texas State University and Brigham Young University.
