Who says you need a hot campfire for the delicious taste of s’mores? Make this delicious dip that has all of the same elements- minus the hot fire. Adults and kids both love this favorite dessert!
1 bag of semi-sweet chocolate morsels (2 cups)
1 tbl butter
1/2 bag of mini marshmallows (5 oz)
1 box of graham crackers, broken along the perforations in to small oblong pieces
Preheat the oven to 450 degrees.
Place the butter in an oven-proof baking dish with the chocolate (approximately 8”x8”) and place in the oven until the chocolate is melted, about 10 minutes. Stir and pour on the mini marshmallows in an even layer. Place back in the oven under broil until the marshmallows are puffed and golden- approximately 30-60 seconds- but make sure and watch so they don’t burn.
Remove from the oven and serve, using the graham cracker rectangles as the dippers. Enjoy!
Stir in a 1/4 cup of your favorite nut spread in to the melted chocolate (peanut butter, Nutella, etc for an additional flavor dimension)
