KAYSVILLE - Riders on Kaysville’s Rail Trail on Saturday learned they were part of the American Hiking Society’s National Trails Day.

Wyatt and Ellie Walton were pulled by their grandmother Char King and were greeted by employees of Kaysville’s Parks and Recreation and Biker’s Edge, and had a chance to win helmets and receive snacks and passes to recreational outlets.

Sara Walton  and Lisa Moore  enjoyed the trail. “It’s a great day and it’s great to be out,” said Moore, a Kaysville visitor.

She said the trail was “super awesome.”
