WOODS CROSS --Traffic was brought to a near standstill Wednesday for a couple of hours when a dump truck carrying a load of hot asphalt rolled on northbound I-15 near the 500 South exit. Utah Highway Patrol Trooper Doug Moss said the driver, Kevin D. Harr of Eagle Mountain, lost control of the truck when a tire on the rear tag-along axle blew. The truck rolled on its passenger side. Two lanes were closed for about two hours while the truck was righted and the asphalt cleaned up. Harr was taken by ambulance to an area hospital with back injuries.
