In an effort to address the issue of suicide, the Layton Communities That Care (CTC) has partnered with Northern Utah HOPE (Hold On Persuade Empower) Suicide Prevention Task Force, HAFB, Davis Behavioral Health, Davis County Health Department, Intermountain Health Care and Veterans Affairs on efforts to prevent suicide and help those who have lost loved ones.
