Music of ABBA coming to Kenley Amphitheater


LAYTON—The Davis Arts Council will present Arrival from Sweden: The Music of ABBA, as part of its 2018 Summer Nights with the Stars season. The concert will begin at 8 p.m. on Thursday, July 19 at the amphitheater, located at 403 N. Wasatch Drive in Layton. Both orchestra and reserved tickets have sold out, but some general admission tickets remain as of Monday morning. Tickets for this performance can be purchased online at https://tickets.davisarts.org/, over the phone at 801-546-8575, or at the DAC box office at 445 N Wasatch Drive, Layton. Phone and box office hours are Monday – Friday, 9 a.m.-2 p.m. This Sunday, the DAC continues its 2018 Free Sunday Night Concert Series, welcoming Mountain Country Band and Latin Roots to the Kenley Amphitheater in Layton on July 22. Admission to these events is free to the community and the seating is first come, first served. The concert starts at 7 p.m. Mountain Country Band (Americana, Bluegrass, Country) and Latin Roots (Salsa, Latin) are part of this annual DAC tradition on Sunday nights. The Davis Arts Council (DAC) was founded in 1979 and has grown steadily to proudly serve the Northern Wasatch Front as the largest community-based, arts-focused non-profit organization in Davis County.  DAC’s mission is to “strengthen and enrich our community through the power of the arts.”
