Genealogy library sets Irish research classes

SALT LAKE CITY — Those interested in attending classes on researching Irish family history, should set aside Saturday, March 12.

The Family History Library is offering an all day series of classes from 9 a.m.-4 p.m. Classes include: “Immigration Sources,” “Census and Civil Registration,” “Church Records” and “Practice Time.”

To view the class schedule online, go to www.familysearch.org. Classes will be held in the B2 classroom on the second lower level of the Family History Library. The library is located to the west of Temple Square on West Temple between North Temple and South Temple Streets in downtown Salt Lake City.
