Swedish genealogy classes scheduled for March 19

SALT LAKE CITY — On Saturday, March 19, the Family History Library is offering an all-day series of classes on Swedish Research.

Topics include: “Swedish Case Study: Connecting the U.S. Back to Sweden,” “Swedish Case Study: Research Strategy Using Swedish Church Records,” “Swedish Case Study: Strategy Continued to Next Generation” and “Internet Resources for Swedish Research (1 1/2 hours).” Classes will run from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Classes will be held in the B1 classroom on the first lower level of the Family History Library, located to the west of Temple Square on West Temple between North Temple and South Temple Streets.

On Saturdays, parking is free to library patrons behind the Church History Museum. Those interested in registering for these free classes should send an email to FHLClassReg@familysearch.org or call 801-240-4950.
