I have lived in Centerville for almost 50 years. I have seen many changes in our small community, both good and bad. The latest change has left me upset and sad. We live in an older residential neighborhood of single-story homes. Our new neighbor was issued a permit to build a two-story, 80-foot-long, metal-sided barn. This ugly edifice was constructed with apparent disregard for both aesthetics and the neighbors as it obstructs the view of two homes on either side. How does Centerville City permit this type of building in a residential neighborhood?
