WEST BOUNTIFUL — Show tunes and easy-listening music will fill the concert stage in West Bountiful’s city hall, as Alan Marsden returns for a free evening of music and song.

As in past years, Marsden will be joined by friends and family as he brings his melodies to his hometown crowd.

“We also like to involve the audience with a sing along,” said Marsden. “That’s why we’re here – to have some fun.”

Marsden has made West Bountiful his home since June of 1962.

Joining him also will be his good friend, Doug Vandegrift and son-in-law, Mike Leger.

“It’s nice to entertain and sing along with friends and family,” said Marsden. “You can send them home feeling happy because their hearts have been lifted.”

The program begins at 7 p.m. on Friday, April 8, at West Bountiful’s City Hall, 550 N. 800 W.

“We’ve got a whole bunch of stuff to do,” said Marsden. “We always have a good time when we do this.”
