KAYSVILLE — Sometimes, even families need a little help.

Courses to help families deal with divorce, manage anger and parent with love, are being offered at the Family Enrichment Center in Kaysville.

The spring and summer class schedule includes a six-week communication course for the whole family which begins on June 6.

Anger management classes are offered separately for men, women, youth ages 12 to 17 and kids from 6 to 11.

Some classes begin this week for the course, which helps teach parents and children how to express anger in a controlled, healthy way.

More information is available through the center, at 801-402-0670 or from Anica Smith, Parenting Information Resource Center coordinator, at aaverett@dsdmail.net.
