UTA board to meet in Davis Co.

FARMINGTON -- The regular meeting of the Board of Trustees of the Utah Transit Authority will be Wednesday, Sept. 26 in the conference room of the Davis County Courthouse, 28 E. State Street, at 2:30 p.m.

During the meeting the board will swear in a new member, and will consider a resolution nominating the general manager, John Inglish, for Consideration for the 2007 Distinguished Manager's Award sponsored by the Utah Association of Special Districts, and resolution adopting the amended employee 457 deferred compensation plan.

The meeting will be preceded by a luncheon with mayors and county commissioners of Davis, Weber and Box Elder counties, as well as area legislators.
