The Senate has approved naming the Ogden building for James V. Hansen of Farmington, the former 22-year congressman.
The measure has already been approved by the U.S. House of Representatives. At the culmination of Hansen's tenure, he served as chairman of the House Resources Committee and was ranking member of the Armed Services Committee.
