Four young wise men from the Episcopal Church of the Resurrection make their Christmas pilgrimage to Bountiful City Hall in this year's Clipper Electric Light Parade. The parade, held in frigid temperatures, drew 28 entries. While it was a smaller audience than last year, those who came got to see Santa and Mrs. Claus, and watch Santa and Bountiful Mayor Joe Johnson light the decorations at city hall after the parade.
