William LeRoy (Roy) Gunnell, 79, passed away at home March 19, 2006, in Deer Park, Wash. He was born July 27, 1926, in Naf, Idaho, to William B. and Fay L. Gunnell. He married Marjorie Win-chester of Everett, Wash., on Nov. 30, 1947. He retired from Big O Tires in 2003 as the Regional VP for Arizona and New Mexico. He loved the out-of-doors and was an avid hunter and fisherman. Roy also loved music and dancing and was an accomplished singer. He is survived by wife Marjorie, sister Gayle Gunnell and children Marcia Madsen, Darla Klovski, and Steve Gunnell, along with five young grandsons. Services were held Tuesday, March 28, at the LDS Gilbert Stake Center, 777 E. Elliot Rd., Gilbert, Ariz., with visitation one hour prior to services.
