The Foxboro North development, located between Foxboro and Woods Cross, is finally nearing completion. Model homes are already up, and North Salt Lake City Planner Blaine Gehring expects to see families move into the neighborhood as early as this summer.
"The fire station is already going up, and we expect to be issuing a permit for the church in the near future," said Gehring.
The planning commission recently gave preliminary approval for phases two and three of the development, and final approval for several plats.
Foxboro North will offer different home styles than the Foxboro development, including connected, two-story townhouse row homes and courtyard homes. These homes will feature four single-family homes clustered around a common driveway.
