Why are the public educators so concerned about school vouchers? If there is creativity, motivation, innovation, etc. in the school rooms the parents/guardians will want their children to attend public schools.
Be innovative in the public schools by funding the classrooms first and let the funds trickle down to the administration.
Parents/guardians want a choice, which may or may not be acted upon.
