LAYTON -- Hold a hand, bake a cake, listen to a cherished memory, give a hug, change a life. Volunteers are needed to assist hospice patients in their homes who are at the end of their life.

"Community Nursing Services Hospice has a variety of volunteer opportunities that will add meaning to your life and to the lives of others," said Sheri Harrell, with the nursing group. "We ask only a couple hours a week and we provide you with training."

The group's Layton office at 2179 North Robbins Suite #1, covers Weber and Davis counties.

To find out how you can become a volunteer, call Harrell at 774-4960.
